4-Session Soulful Transformation

We meet virtually by Phone or Zoom. In this 1:1 coaching program, we move through 4 phases : Phase I - Current State / Phase II - Soulful Vision & Guidance to alignment / Phase III - Soulful Action: toward the vision /Phase IV - Soulful Living: embodying your vision.

Virtual Coaching

Sessions are 45 minutes each.
You can schedule your sessions every week to every month, depending on your budget and needs. Each Soulful session is $180 USD.

7-Day Soulful Retreat

This in-person transformational experience in soothing Costa Rica includes 4-sessions PLUS:
breathwork, journalling, an excursion and beach day; 3 meals/day included; Airport transfers (Quepos)

In-Person Coaching in Costa Rica

The Venue: new casita with stunning views of the Pacific Coastline and mountains. Private accom., nearby restaurant/waterfalls/tours. Investment: $2,499 USD
