For Retreats:

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required; with a balance due 45 days before the retreat start date. Installment payments can be arranged.

If the host cancels the event, a full refund will be processed. If an attendee cancels 60 days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be processed; if an attendee cancels 59 or less days before the event, then no refund will be processed.

We encourage attendees to obtain trip cancellation insurance.

DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

For Books (PDF), eBooks(ePUB) and Audiobooks(MP3):

All sales of DawnJames.ca digital products are final and non-refundable. These digital products are delivered immediately via the customer email provided and via a secure downloadable link once the item has been purchased.

Prices for products offered at DawnJames.ca may change at any time, and DawnJames.ca does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, contact DawnJames.ca for either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by DawnJames.ca.

For Webinars and Online Courses:

All sales of Webinars and Courses are final and non-refundable. All audio and video products are streamed digitally via DawnJames.ca. There is no delivery of DVDs or CDs. While audio files are downloadable, video files are not.

By completing this purchase you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed the course description and understand the nature of the program.
